Nursing assistant nursing pool (m/f/d)

• Interdisciplinary cooperation in our multi-professional team
• Varied work in different ward areasSupport in the organizational process in the hospital (merchandise management, patient service, patient transport, patient-related preparation)
• Targeted training in the intended areas of work
• Organization, adaptation and flexibility of your own activities in a wide range of specialist areas
• Implementation of nursing guidelines and hygiene standards and close interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups

• Completed training (1-2 years) as a state-recognized nursing or geriatric care assistant or nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Economic thinking and action in dealing with equipment and material resources
• Empathy, patient orientation, organizational skills and commitment
• Enjoy changing locations and working with different teams
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Planning security by helping to shape the duty roster at least six weeks in advance

• 350 € per month special bonus in addition to salary, time bonuses of up to 50% on Saturdays/holidays and during night shifts - significantly more days off per month - plus an additional 10.5 working days off
