At our Hünfeld site, we are looking for a full-time Head of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

• Conservative and surgical treatments in the field of orthopaedics and trauma surgery and have additional training in special trauma surgery
• Collegial, interdisciplinary cooperation with the clinic's other specialist departments
• Leading and developing the employees in your team, ensuring medical training, continuing education and further training as well as needs-based staff deployment planning
• You will take on the further development and design of processes and structures in your area of responsibility and support your team in the development of specialist and social skills
• You will participate in the trauma surgery / orthopaedic on-call service

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery or surgery with a focus on trauma surgery
• You have additional training in special trauma surgery and can provide evidence of further specializations if necessary
• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility and are characterized by organizational skills and strong social skills
• You can provide proof of authorization as a D-Arzt or for the DAV procedure
• You have extensive clinical and surgical experience with orthopaedic trauma surgery clinical pictures
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
