The Helios Frankenwaldklinik Kronach is looking for you as a full-time Senior Physician in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Joint management of orthopaedics and trauma surgery with the chief physician
• Helping to shape the strategic and economic development of the Clinic for Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery, in particular the management and ensuring of highly qualified, comprehensive and medical treatment in accordance with the latest medical findings
• You will be jointly responsible for safeguarding and further developing quality standards in your area, optimising processes and workflows, working time models and organisational forms as well as patient documentation
• Responsibility for personnel management and personnel development of the assistant physicians under your supervision

• Specialist in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d), preferably with additional further training in Special Trauma Surgery, ideally also Special Orthopaedic Surgery
• Appropriate technical knowledge and confident handling of the subject area as well as mastery of standard operations
• Strong leadership personality and organizational talent
• Patient and service orientation combined with business thinking and acting
• High level of technical expertise and a high degree of social competence
• Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
