Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

In the central information security function of the Helios Kliniken Group, you will be part of the ISMS team and support the Helios CISO in the further development and control of the information security management system at Helios (ISMS). As an Information Security Officer (m/f/d), you will make a significant contribution to implementing the high requirements for information security and compliance in the healthcare sector pragmatically and sustainably. Depending on your qualifications, there is the opportunity to focus on one of the main topics of our team after the general induction phase:

-ISMS Governance: Policies, Processes, and Procedures

Assurance & Audit Defense: Carrying out various verification measures and

Cyber Culture & Training

-Risk Management

• Support in the establishment and further development of the ISMS at Helios in compliance with and consideration of applicable laws and regulations
• Advising our departments on the implementation of information security requirements and supporting them in cross-divisional and group-wide projects
• Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of internal and external audits and assessments
• Coordination and participation in the implementation of risk analyses
• Participation in the cross-team development of training and awareness-raising measures as well as awareness campaigns
• Participation in the preparation and presentation of reports on the state of information security

• Education: Degree in (business) informatics, information security or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of information security, ideally in at least one of the focus areas ISMS Governance, Assurance & Audit Defense, Cyber Culture & Training or Risk Management
• Expertise: Sound knowledge of relevant norms and standards (z.B. ISO/IEC 27001 and 27005, BSI IT-Grundschutz) as well as knowledge of the structure and operation of an ISMS
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to evaluate complex issues and develop pragmatic, goal-oriented solutions
• Way of working: Initiative, sense of responsibility and a high degree of structure and solution orientation
• Communication: Ability to prepare and communicate complex technical and organizational contexts in an understandable way
• Language: Fluent communication and presentation skills in German; At least good written and spoken English
