As part of the establishment of a nursing management team, we are looking for you as a full-time geriatric nurse / nurse / nurse (m/f/d) in the function of deputy ward manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• You will support the ward management in the organisation and management of the ward and implement the company's goals.
• You will take over the absence replacement of the nursing management and the associated tasks, such as personnel scheduling and absence management.
• You will promote and accompany the professional development of employees in the area of responsibility.
• They ensure patient-oriented, evidence-based care according to current expert standards, including correct documentation and coding.
• You will work on the further development and implementation of care concepts and take part in interdisciplinary meetings on your behalf.
• You will promote an open, constructive error and feedback culture within the team.

• You are a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable degree.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally already with management experience, preferably in the field of trauma surgery, orthopaedics and pain therapy.
• Ideally, you have completed a leadership course or are willing to complete it.
• You have strong communication skills, assertiveness, leadership qualities as well as organizational talent, the ability to deal with conflicts and strong social skills.
• You like to work across professional groups and are confident in dealing with IT applications.
• They have the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
