As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join our Medical Development team (medical development, data & quality management) at the headquarters of Helios Kliniken GmbH as

Coordinator - Medical Development (m/f/d)

at the Berlin or Hamburg location as part of FlexWork

full-time or part-time (80-100%)

• You will support the planning and coordination of appointments and meetings in various projects of different sizes in a highly motivated team
• You will independently take over the advance planning in consultation with the project managers
• You will regularly coordinate with the divisional managers and the overall management of Medical Development
• To do this, you will prepare the agenda for meetings and coordinate the filing system in projects
• The preparation materials will be compiled by you and, depending on your qualifications, you will also support the preparation of the content
• At larger on-site meetings, you will be present and support the organization - presence at headquarters, on the other hand, is not regularly required

• You have a commercial apprenticeship in office management or comparable training - focus on the coordination of the above-mentioned activities desirable
• You have extensive experience in coordinating meetings in different configurations
• You have very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as sound knowledge of other digital tools (Teams, Sharepoint)
• Your structured way of working and strong communication skills distinguish you
• You also enjoy working in a team and impress with your cooperative and friendly behaviour
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
