To strengthen our admission area in the emergency room, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

Medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d)

• You are the first personal contact for our patients in the emergency department and take care of administrative admissions
• The initial assessment of emergencies according to the Manchester triage system and organization of prioritization is part of your area of responsibility
• You will also provide support in billing management by validating patient data
• You clarify previous histories and provide the available documents
• You will take on tasks in the area organization including errands and ordering

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are committed, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage) and good IT skills
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• You are willing to support us in shifts and at weekends
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
