At the earliest possible date we are looking for you for the occupancy management for the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden in full or part time as

Medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Management and updating of occupancy overview and bed capacities incl. recording and coordination of admissions and discharges
• Interface management in the area of patient management between intensive care IMC wards, the ZNA and the recovery room
• Specialist-oriented, adequate occupancy management and further development of structured and efficient occupancy management
• Ensuring a reporting system for early de-escalation in the event of bottlenecks
• Carrying out absence management using the nursing pool and working closely with the department heads and nursing management
• Working in a 2-shift system (incl. services until 0:00 am) and weekend service

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• High professional and social competence, strong organizational skills and high resilience in stressful situations
• Professional communication and enthusiasm skills
• Ability to work in a team, ideas for responsible process design
• Confident knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)

• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
