• Independent organization and coordination of the secretariat of hand and plastic surgery with all administrative tasks
• Central contact person for various institutions
• Referring physician communication
• Preparation and supervision of externally carried out private liquidation
• Preparation and follow-up of outpatient consultations

• Medical training (e.g. medical assistant, med. Specialist and experience in secretarial organization in the healthcare sector
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Friendliness in dealing with patients
• Flexibility, reliability and team spirit
• High level of social skills, personal commitment and commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
