• They support users in all questions about the IT systems in use.
• You will analyze requests and incidents and work through them in a team.
• You will install, configure and administer IT systems.
• They advise users on questions about IT processes.
• You will work in an agile and very committed team and thus support the work of our medical colleagues in the healthcare sector.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training.
• You would like to have already gained several years of professional experience, but it is not mandatory.
• You convince with analytical and service-oriented thinking as well as an independent way of working.
• They are conscientious, very well organized and highly motivated.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• They have the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
