As soon as possible, we are looking for you to join the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden at the Aukammalle location in Wiesbaden on a part-time basis with 34.0 hours/week as

Outpatient Employee (m/f/d)

• Organizing, scheduling and coordinating investigations
• Patient acceptance, registration in the system and preparation of patient admission, administration of patient records and writing of doctor's letters
• Assistance as well as preparation and follow-up for general examinations as well as subject-specific diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• computer-aided administration and secretarial tasks, keeping statistics
• MDK Enquiries - Organising, processing, dispatching, deadline control, statistics, performance recording of ASV and 116B cases

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
• Confident knowledge of the PC application (MS Office package)
• Personal, methodological and social skills
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
