Outpatient clinic employee (m/f/d)

• Organization, scheduling and coordination of examinations
• Patient reception, registration in the system and preparation of patient admission, administration of patient documents and writing of doctor's letters
• Assistance as well as preparation and follow-up for general examinations and specialist diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• IT-supported administration and secretarial tasks, keeping statistics
• MDK inquiries - organizing, processing, dispatch, deadline control, statistics, service recording of ASV and 116B cases

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
• Confident knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)
• Personal, methodical and social competence
• Willingness for further education and training
