For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (three-shift system) Healthcare and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) for our psychiatry and psychotherapy clinics as soon as possible.
You will treat and care for patients according to an individual therapy plan in a multidisciplinary team
In doing so, you will implement economic thinking and action in terms of medical and operational requirements in the daily work process
Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nurse and ideally practical experience in the field of psychiatry
Professional and social competence and a high degree of empathy
Ability to work in a team and cooperate as well as independently and autonomously
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
A very interesting and challenging area of responsibility with remuneration in line with the collective agreement, including a special annual payment and a company pension scheme
Support and financial participation in further education and training
The Helios PlusCard: supplementary insurance financed by Helios with, among other things, optional treatment by a doctor of your choice in the event of hospitalization in one of our acute clinics
Daycare center on the grounds of the clinic
The hospital contributes € 80.00 per month towards the childcare costs of our employees' children who are not of school age
