At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you full-time or part-time for a ward in the ENT and oral and maxillofacial departments of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as a

Medical assistant (m/f/d)

• You will welcome patients and visitors with a smile, answer questions and coordinate their concerns
• You are the central interface for information and ensure a positive first impression with your friendly and professional manner
• You manage patient admissions, coordinate appointments and manage the ward's administrative tasks
• You take responsibility for the organization and documentation of work processes, material management and coordination between different professional groups
• With your organizational talent, you will ensure that everything meshes together and that the ward functions optimally at all times, making the day-to-day work of nursing staff and doctors alike easier

• Completed training as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) Organizational skills, a structured way of working and the ability to set priorities.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoy dealing with people - you remain confident even in stressful situations
• Good knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office) - don't worry, we'll teach you what you don't know yet
• Ideally initial experience in a clinical environment, but you are also welcome as a career starter

• Legally required proof of measles immunization
