As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time and part-time specialist in the ENT department of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

• They welcome patients and visitors with a smile, are available to answer questions and coordinate their concerns
• You are the central interface for information and ensure a positive first impression with your friendly and professional manner
• They manage patient admission, take care of appointment coordination and hold the administrative strings of the ward in their hands
• You will be responsible for the organisation and documentation of work processes, material management and coordination between different professional groups
• With your organizational skills, you will ensure that everything meshes and that the ward functions optimally at all times and make the everyday work of nurses and doctors alike easier

• A completed apprenticeship as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d)
• Organizational skills, a structured way of working and the ability to set priorities.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of dealing with people – you remain confident even in stressful situations
• Good knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office) – don't worry, what you don't know yet, you can learn with us
• Ideally, you have initial experience in a clinical environment, but you are also welcome as a young professional
• Legally required proof of immunization Measles
