At the Helios Klinikum Duisburg - Helios St. Anna Klinik site - we are offering you a full-time position as Ward Manager of Anesthesia (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date

• Organization of the duty roster and all administrative activities within the scope of the management position
• Implementation of professional care for the patients entrusted to you
• Cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment process of the respective patients
• Promoting individual employees according to their respective opportunities (further and advanced training)
• Planning, organizing and implementing work processes in compliance with operational guidelines
• Training and instructing new employees in the area of responsibility and ensuring cost-conscious use of material resources

• Completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) as well as completed further training as a ward manager or the willingness to complete this training
• Ideally professional experience as a ward manager or deputy ward manager
• Organizational and communication skills
• Confident interaction with patients and their relatives
• Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
• Economic thinking and action as well as commitment and creativity
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
