To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center in the Villa at the Berlin location, we are looking for you to work full-time as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

for the field of orthopaedics and general medicine

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk are part of your area of responsibility
• You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
• Through your cooperation, you ensure that the practice runs smoothly
• You will assist with examinations, treatments and, after appropriate training, during outpatient procedures and work closely with our patients
• Your tasks will also include documenting treatment processes and patient data, as well as assisting with the billing of services

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector, e.g. regarding the health insurance billing in the field of orthopaedics and/or general medicine
• You like to work in a team where you can rely on each other
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
