To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center in the Villa in Berlin, we are looking for you immediately as a full-time

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the field of orthopaedics and general medicine

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk is part of your area of responsibility
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will help to ensure that the practice runs smoothly
• You will assist with examinations, treatments and, after appropriate training, outpatient procedures and work closely with our patients
• Your tasks will also include documenting treatment procedures and patient data as well as assisting with the billing of services

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector, e.g. with regard to KV billing in the field of orthopaedics and/or general medicine
• You enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
