Deputy Head of School (m/f/d) for Surgical Technical Assistance

To strengthen our team at Helios Bildungszentrum Bad Saarow, we are looking for a motivated and qualified Deputy Head of School (m/f/d) for the Surgical Technical Assistance (OTA) training program.

• Represent the school management (m/f/d): Organizational, administrative and pedagogical in the OTA area
• Design curriculum: Develop & implement a modern OTA curriculum
• Establish OTA training: Development & optimization at the education center
• Leading lessons: Didactically plan, implement and evaluate theory & practice
• Coordinate teaching organization: Managing curricula, assignments and examinations
• Supporting trainees: Promoting and supervising practice

• Qualifications: Completed training as an OTA (m/f/d) or in OR nursing with several years of OR experience or completed studies (pedagogy/medical pedagogy) or comparable
• Curricular experience: Collaboration in the development or implementation of state-recognized OTA curricula
• Teaching: Initial experience in teaching or school management would be an advantage
• Soft skills: Organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Personal profile: Great sense of responsibility, pedagogical commitment & social skills
