We are looking for you at the Helios Klinikum in Bad Saarow near Berlin as an Admission Coordinator General Surgery (m/f/d) - part-time or full-time (38.5 h / week) at the earliest possible date

• Admission management for our patients
• Making appointments and preparing examinations and treatments
• Direct communication with patients and referring physicians - Evaluation and improvement of procedures in the referral process Recording of basic and treatment care and inpatient documentation as well as administration of patient data
• Supporting the nursing team with basic and treatment care and patient monitoring
• Working with the hospital information system
• Working closely with the clinic's nursing and medical team and the secretariat

• Completed training as a nurse, MFA or comparable (f/w/d)
• Flexibility and high motivation in dealing empathetically with sick patients
• Very good communication skills, experience in the medical field and very good IT skills
• Confident, balanced and professional demeanor
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
