Then you will become Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) in the cardiac catheterization laboratory - for a limited period as a parental leave replacement at the earliest possible date.

In our highly specialized area, you can expect modern medical technology, interdisciplinary cooperation and responsible patient care.

You will support the management professionally and organizationally and work in a committed, professional team with regular working hours.

The position is temporary, with the prospect of a subsequent takeover as a nurse in a permanent position.

• Together with the nursing management, you will organize and coordinate the area
• You will take over the absence replacement of the nursing management and all associated tasks, such as personnel scheduling and absence management
• They ensure evidence-based nursing care, including its documentation and coding
• They promote an open and constructive error culture
• You will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of projects in the department or clinic
• You will be responsible for the implementation of the company's and clinic's goals in the area of responsibility

• You are a trained nurse (m/f/d) or have comparable training
• Experience in intensive care is desirable
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally also some initial management experience
• You can inspire other employees and teammates for the profession in nursing
• You have a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
