To strengthen our practice team at the Elbe-MVZ in Hohe Börde, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

in the field of general medicine

part-time (20-25h/week)

• You will support us in patient management and take over the telephone patient coordination and appointment allocation
• You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all patient-related activities for the daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks as well as the preparation and follow-up of findings are also part of your duties
• You will support the recording and billing of services
• Support in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
• Ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or are about to graduate as an MFA
• First professional experience desirable, but not a must
• You have digital skills and experience in using medical practice software
• Good manners, confident dealing with patients and relatives
• You are committed and have a sense of responsibility
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
