Senior physician (m/f/d)

• Medical care and care of inpatients and outpatients, consultation for other specialist departments Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning Ensuring the operational process, medical quality and interdisciplinary communication in cooperation Participation in the qualified practical instruction of assistant doctors, medical students, Pj students Collaboration in projects and working groups, also interdisciplinary and across professional groups

• Specialist qualification in the field of otorhinolaryngology (m/f/d) Dissertation desirable but not a prerequisite Leadership and social skills as well as management skills Willingness to undertake your own further training and education Willingness to actively shape change processes
