We are looking for you at Herzzentrum Leipzig for our Chest Pain Unit (CPU) at the earliest possible date as a full-time or part-time

Nursing Specialist / Healthcare and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the initial assessment as well as the administrative and nursing admission and care of emergency patients

• You will be involved in ensuring prompt diagnosis and treatment
• Your area of responsibility includes the care and monitoring of patients following intervention (e.g. cardiac surgery with stent implantation, cardioversion)
• You will take on delegable medical activities and assist with examinations (e.g. blood sampling)
• You will be responsible for administrative and documentation tasks throughout the entire admission process and support the organization and arrangement of examination and surgery appointments as well as discharge management
• You maintain an empathetic relationship with your patients and their relatives and work in an interdisciplinary manner with other professional groups in an actively dynamic working environment

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)

• Initial professional experience in the care and treatment of emergency patients as well as confident handling of IT applications is desirable
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• You are characterized by communication skills, reliability and the ability to work in a team and have an independent and responsible way of working
• You are committed and flexible and willing to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
