The Department of Urology has 42 beds, plus beds in the pool of the private clinic and the elective ward, making it one of the largest clinics in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The urological tumor entities (kidney, bladder, prostate cancer, testicular tumors and penile cancer) are certified by the German Cancer Society at the Oncological Tumor Center Schwerin.
