Head (m/f/d) Medical Device Reprocessing / AEMP

To strengthen our team at the Frankfurt location, we are looking for an AEMP Manager for our reprocessing unit for medical devices (AEMP) with immediate effect.

INSTRUCLEAN is a subsidiary of the HERMED Group, which is Germany's largest independent specialist service provider for the reprocessing of medical devices. Our services include, in particular, consulting, training and further training in our own academy, the operational management of sterile supply departments and operations, the provision of operational infrastructure in capacity utilization models and the reprocessing of medical devices in the sense of full supply in our own facilities. Your tasks:

• Management of the AEMP with personnel responsibility for approx. 6 employees
• Ensuring a smooth workflow and managing team and work processes
• Professional reprocessing of medical devices in a modern sterile supply facility certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and taking into account the KRINKO/BfArM recommendation
• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Providing technical advice to employees and customers
• Collaboration in the practical implementation of the teaching content in the training to become a specialist for medical device reprocessing (FMA)

What you bring with you:

• Completed qualification in specialist course III or management course for the management of a CSSD/AEMP in accordance with the DGSV® guidelines
• At least two years of professional experience in an AEMP
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High degree of organizational talent and resilience (physical & mental)
• Willingness to undergo continuous training and further education
