We are looking for exactly you as a nurse (m/f/d) for our SAPV team at the Erfurt location, as soon as possible.

• Outpatient nursing care / treatment of seriously ill and dying people with an incurable illness in a specialised palliative care team
• Advice for patients, their relatives and close cooperation with the general practitioner and nursing co-caregivers
• Varied work in the field of palliative care
• A committed, multi-professional team with independent work and a lively professional exchange
• A documentation system specially designed for palliative care

• Exam as a nurse (m/f/d) in health and nursing, geriatric care or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Experience in palliative care, outpatient or inpatient
• Car driver's license
• Further training in palliative care and/or the willingness to complete it
• Readiness for on-call services
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Full-time position (part-time possible from 30 hours/week)
