At the Hünfeld site, we are looking for a full-time ward manager for internal medicine and surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• You will lead the nursing team of Ward 2
• You will coordinate the deployment of employees and accompany your nursing team in the development of professional and social skills
• You will be responsible for the further development and design of processes and structures in the area of responsibility
• You will ensure the implementation of the company's and clinic's goals in the area of responsibility
• You will promote an open and constructive error culture and lead your team in an appreciative and respectful manner
• You will take over the holistic care of our patients and carry out general and special care measures

• You are a registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable degree
• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• You are characterized by communication skills, organizational skills and strong social skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A permanent employment relationship with an attractive collectively agreed remuneration in pay group HP12 in accordance with the Helios Group Collective Agreement and a care allowance of € 300.00 gross

The Helios St. Elisabeth Clinic Hünfeld is an acute care hospital with 158 beds. We care for our patients in the departments of internal medicine with palliative care unit, surgery, anaesthesia/intensive care medicine and in an inpatient department of ear, nose and throat medicine. Our clinic is repeatedly certified as a local trauma center in the trauma network Hesse/Region East Hesse. More than 8,000 inpatients are treated every year.
