MFA / Medical Assistant Central Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d)

For our central outpatient clinic at the Krefeld site, we are looking for you as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) from 01.02.2026 part-time (26.5 hours per week), from 01.03.2026 part-time (31 hours per week) and from 01.06.2026 part-time (19.25 hours per week).

• Independent performance of functional diagnostics (blood tests, ECGs and pulmonary function tests)
• Assisting with echocardiography
• Independent work at the registration desk of the respective outpatient clinic
• Appointment management and organization of daily consultation hours and pre-inpatient/inpatient patients
• Billing by health insurance physicians
• Document management

• Completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office programs as well as good writing skills and knowledge of medical nomenclature
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Enjoyment of the profession and the care of our patients
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Regulated working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., adapted to the number of hours worked
