• Acceptance and management of patients (SAP, Outlook, logbook),
• Scheduling
• Communication with referring physicians and doctors of follow-up treatment
• Image and report management
• Performance documentation
• General organisational and administrative activities

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Experience in the secretarial sector is desirable, but not a prerequisite for recruitment
• Basic knowledge of common PC applications
• Communication and organizational skills
• Obliging manners, well-groomed appearance
• Patient and service-oriented thinking and acting
• A high degree of commitment, reliability and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
