To strengthen our cardiology team at the Northeim site, we are looking for an MFA as a

Patient Manager (m/f/d) full or part-time.

• Control of the planned treatment process/case management

• Support and structuring of medical ward work
• Improvement of documentation and coding quality
• Participation in the optimization of clinical processes
• Exchange of information with nursing, functional areas, patients, relatives, etc.

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are committed, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage)
• You have good IT skills
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
