In this position, you will be responsible for a warehouse in the Global Engineering division for the worldwide supply of our production plants with technical special and spare parts.

Processing and controlling all logistical processes in the warehouse
Maintaining material master data in SAP
Creating needs-based purchase requisitions for warehouse and production parts and requesting parts from qualified suppliers
Operational processing of the spare parts business with all locations worldwide (TC-Warehouse) via ticket system
Carrying out proper goods receipt, incoming goods inspections and shipping
Preparation of shipping documents and registration of exports, secure packaging and ensuring orderly document storage as well as order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
Optimization of processes using suitable documents, methods and tools
If necessary, carrying out loading and unloading processes in goods traffic with forklift trucks
Completed training as a warehouse specialist or warehouse logistics specialist
Initial experience in plant engineering, machining technology or mechatronics is desirable
Forklift driver's license
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and SAP R3/Materials Management
Basic knowledge of the Vault database system (drawing management)
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (for the Group's international spare parts business)
High level of communication skills and strong ability to work independently and structurally
