Tax Consultant - Tax Consulting (m/f/d)

• You will support our team in providing income tax advice to domestic group companies on all ongoing tax inquiries from the entire spectrum of operational business
• You will be part of the team providing tax advice on restructurings, company acquisitions and sales as well as restructuring projects including tax due diligence and tax contract drafting
• You can deepen your professional expertise in the field of hospital taxation and follow developments in tax legislation, relevant case law and administrative opinions in this area of activity
• You will benefit from working in a team with experienced colleagues and receive targeted support for your professional and personal development

• You have completed training at a university for finance or a degree in economics or law with a focus on tax law
• Initial professional experience in tax consulting, ideally with a focus on project/structuring consulting
• Confident manner and the ability to understand complex tax issues, present them in an understandable way and develop practical solutions
• Social skills and the ability to communicate with contacts from different functions on an equal footing according to their concerns
• Initial experience of participating in projects of different sizes, including coordination and communication with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of and openness to modern tools and processes to increase efficiency in the tax area
• Ideally, you also have a good command of English for internal communication in an international team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
