Tax Consultant – Tax Consulting (m/f/d)

• You will support our team in providing income tax advice to domestic group companies, with all ongoing tax enquiries from the entire spectrum of operational business
• You will be part of the team in tax advice on restructurings, company acquisitions and sales as well as restructuring projects, including tax due diligence and tax contract drafting
• You will be able to deepen your professional expertise in the field of hospital taxation and follow developments in tax legislation, relevant case law and administrative opinion in this area of activity
• You will benefit from working in a team with experienced colleagues and receive targeted support for your professional and personal development

• You have completed an education at a university of finance or a degree in economics or law with a focus on tax law
• First professional experience in tax consulting, ideally with a focus on project/structuring consulting
• Confident appearance and the ability to penetrate complex tax issues, to process them in an understandable way and to develop practice-oriented solutions
• Social skills and the ability to communicate with contact persons from different functions at eye level according to their concerns
• Initial experience from participating in projects of different sizes, including coordination and communication with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of how to use and openness to modern tools and processes to increase efficiency in the tax area
• In addition, you ideally have a good knowledge of English for internal communication in an international team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
