You are responsible for the holistic further development of the quality management system and assist with the planning and implementation of internal and external audits. You maintain an overview of legal standards and regulations, process change procedures and share your knowledge in employee training sessions.
You are present on site and ensure the correct use of the product and procedural quality of i-cor therapy in the hospital. In addition, you independently process the resulting customer requirements and take these into consideration in the planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of clinical and out-of-hospital training courses. You work closely with sales to pass on your expertise and ensure the transfer of knowledge to the affected departments and external partners.
You are responsible for the production, packaging and labeling of various hose sets. Your varied duties also include recording data in our ERP system and carrying out in-process and quality controls.
You create and update clinical reports, keep track of relevant national and international publications and regularly undertake research in scientific databases and specialist literature. Your results are concise and support the planning, design and evaluation of clinical trials and their publications.
