(Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) subregion Eastern Europe

  • As (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) you are the interface between the EMEA headquarters and the local country organizations in the respective subregion (Russia, Romania, Poland) regarding all sales-related issues
  • You will support and advise the local sales managers on topics such as product registration, development and launch of new products, general administration as well as privatization and opening of dialysis centers
  • Furthermore, you support them in sales activities such as offer and contract management and negotiations with customers
  • You will develop sales goals with sales partners and in coordination with the Regional Sales responsible and you will review existing TPI sales structures and implement necessary changes due to political, geographic and economic conditions
  • In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in local countries and creating tenders with support from Customer Service
  • You define the pricing policy in the individual markets and monitor the pricing of the sales partners
  • Last but not least, you will work on cross-regional and cross-country projects within the Eastern Europe subregion
  • You have successfully completed your studies in business economics, business management or a comparable area, ideally with a focus on Sales and / or Marketing
  • Additional to that you have several years of working experience within a sales function in the Healthcare sector, ideally in the Medical Technology industry
  • Due to your experience you have a proven track record in developing international sales strategies
  • You have good knowledge of U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)and the UK Anti-Bribery act
  • You have a collaborative working style, high negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent language skills in Russian and English and the willingness to travel (around 30 %) round of your profile

Your assignments
