(Senior) Manager HR Change Management, Communication & Training (m/f/d) - HR Cloud Systems

In line with our People Strategy, Fresenius Medical Care is optimizing, globalizing and digitalizing HR Processes. For our PeopleConnect Program – implementing Workday – we are looking for a “(Senior) Manager Change Management, Communications & Training” (CMCT) as part of the Global CMCT Team within Global HR Operations & Technology in Bad Homburg. Overall, through the implementation of Workday and other enabling HR IS tools, e.g. Dovetail, we enable the optimization of our HR Target Operating Model to achieve more effective and efficient HR processes with an improved user experience for managers, employees and HR. To be successful in rolling out the new processes in Workday and other tools appropriate stakeholder management, change management, communication and training are key for overall success and user adoption.

Furthermore, the new (Senior) Manager CMCT (m/f/d) will

  • Responsible for the Change Management Strategy deployment and delivery of included methodologies for the regions Latin America, North America and EMEA incl. GMQS and GRD.
  • Work on Communication- and Training Strategy incl. building plans and supporting implementation for the same regions
  • Working as part of the global CMCT team and responsible for creating clear alignment with regional CMCT teams
  • Manage and coordinate change management, communication and training activities as part of the global Workday implementation
  • Support Workday implementation teams with necessary change management framework, communication and training concepts, methods and tools
  • Strengthen change management capabilities, build and support a network of change agents in business/ line management as well as in HR and within the project and line organization
  • Foster best practice sharing while implementing and later by running and optimizing the system
  • Monitor, coordinate, ensure delivery of key user and user trainings together with vendors, as well as external and internal staff
  • Closely collaborate with not only the implementation team but also with Applications Support Model Team to ensure an ongoing and successful training delivery
  • Optimize user adoption and continuously improve user experience using personas, moments that matter and change impact approaches
  • Continuously update HRIS related learning, trainer-led and self-learning material for all tiers on an ongoing basis, based on user feedback and release changes
  • Support other global digitalization projects in the field of HR and other change management projects in the organization as necessary
  • Master’s degree (or similar) with focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology or Industrial Engineering
  • Professional experience in Change Management, Learning, HR Digitalization in a global decentralized environment
  • Proven track record in providing Change Management, Communication & Training measures while implementing an HRIS Cloud System like Workday from setting the strategy and vision to the hands-on operational execution
  • Very good knowledge of new work environments, enabling technologies like Internet of Things, HR processes, HR delivery models (Business Partner, CoE, Shared Services), process optimization / project management, other IT implementations, systemic consulting of organizations, change management, communication management, training management, knowledge management, virtual learning, cultural change, and organization design
  • Knowledge of HR on premise and cloud systems especially Workday with typical modules/processes such as HR Core, analytics, recruiting, learning, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent management, interfaces to finance systems, time and attendance and personnel information system
  • Knowledge of user-centric experience design including customer experience, employee experience, user experience, personas, journey maps, and moments that matter methodologies
  • Passion for improvement of HR processes and applications and their digital transformation
  • Strong communication, influencing and networking skills as well as a service-oriented mindset to involve stakeholders across all levels in the organization
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset and the ability to stay focused setting priorities in complex environments
  • Fluent language skills in English and German. Other languages are beneficial
  • Very good skills in using Microsoft Office products, collaboration platforms and project management tools
  • Experience creating videos and training materials ideally with Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate or Video Editor
  • Willing to travel globally up to 40% of worktime

Your assignments

Your profile
