IT Product Specialist EMEA (m/f/d)

  • Become the product expert for Fresenius Kabi’s DXT software, and understand the blood center devices that it connects to
  • Support customer installations of DXT software throughout the region, confirming setup of server hardware, computer network and DXT software installation and configuration to ensure quality and compliance measures are met
  • Provide technical presentations to customer technology teams to demonstrate how the DXT product will integrate into a customer’s environment
  • Monitor and audit customers installations
  • Provide second level support assisting first level support personnel in the countries in solving complex technical problems
  • Develop a knowledge base of standard troubleshooting procedures for known issues for the specialists in the countries
  • Work with third level support to escalate and determine resolutions for problems that require engineering support
  • Multi-disciplinary contact for marketing, sales, technical service departments for the region
  • Develop an understanding of competitor data management systems; gather, share and maintain competitive intelligence reports on other systems available in market
  • Provide input to R&D on new product development requirements for the EMEA market
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in enterprise application software implementation and support
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise software implementation lifecycle and aptitude for comprehending enterprise software architecture
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and SQL Server
  • Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards relevant for DXT software or ability to acquire competency rapidly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, operate across functional teams and strong attention to detail and priorities
  • Excellent problem solver; thrives on building innovative solutions that consistently challenges the status quo
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, flexible and willing to travel
  • Comfortable interacting in a commercial environment with sales and marketing organization and directly with customers
  • Fluent in English (another EU language would be an advantage)
  • Base of position: Field-based position in any EU country, but preferably located in Bad Homburg, Germany
