Global Shared Services HR Lead (m/f/d)

Location:  Wroclaw (Poland) or Chile or Manila (Philippines)

  • Partner with business leader to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies for Global Shared Services organization that directly support and enable business objectives
  • Lead Global Shared Services through critical HR operating rhythms, such as performance management, succession planning, salary planningLead HR Teams in SSCs and drive global HR framework to foster standard processes and measures across all SSCs
  • Partner with business leader to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture, leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change
  • Act as an organizational coach, who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize performance
  • Create communication plans and ensure their proper executionVisible promotion of compliance standards
  • Show ethical leadership by role-model behavior
  • Endorse compliance standards within Global Shared Service organization
  • Integration of corporate values in daily business
  • Business economic studies (master) with major in organization, controlling, or equivalent education or similar; Functional related post graduate education (PhD, MBA) is a benefit
  • Strong and successful performance in several HR functions in an international company
  • Experience in dealing with labour law and works council issues
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding  
  • Excellent leadership skills & management techniques following our values
  • Very strong team approach and ability to build and connect effective teams and identify and develop talents
  • Excellent ability to set priorities and take decisions even under changing conditions or conflicting requirements reflecting the dynamic and global environment
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experiences in organizational development, project & change management as well as excellent skills in presentation, facilitation and training & coaching techniques
  • Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, SAP, Intranet etc.) 
  • Understand basics of e-health, data security and related topics  
  • Country language and English fluent as a must (presenting, writing, reading); Other languages are an advantage
  • Travelling within the region and international across different time zones
