Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

The Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for the strategic digital marketing management activities of the Business Unit Generics and Complex Formulations with the objective to improve the digital presence, to define appropriate strategies and tools as well as to drive the implementation globally together with the regions. The Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) contributes significantly to the creation and execution of our growth strategy for our base business as well as our new products.

  • Identification and development of new digital tools to promote the global Generic drugs product portfolio of Fresenius Kabi internally as well as externally with focus on Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
  • Optimization of current internal digital tools (e.g. intranet websites, eLearnings) and development of activities to improve the traffic in alignment with the respective interfaces
  • Design and implementation of webinar activities for HCPs in cooperation with Marketing Managers and medical functions
  • Definition of the digital strategy for the Generics product portfolio of the Business Unit in close collaboration with external agencies, other Fresenius Kabi Business Units, internal stakeholders and in alignment with the respective Strategic Marketing Managers
  • Responsibility for the coordination with external agencies for digital as well as print promotion tools (brochures, flyers, photos)
  • Budget and order responsibility for the corresponding marketing activities
  • Contribution to internal and external communication activities
  • Coordination of the digital presence of our Business Unit at virtual medical conferences
  • University degree in International Business, Business Administration or similar subject, with an emphasis on digital marketing
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industries
  • Good skills in defining digital marketing strategies, structuring communication concepts and implementing communication and marketing measures
  • Experiences with digital content management systems preferred
  • Experience in working with multinational and virtual management teams
  • Excellent communication skills to lead discussion on digital and marketing topics with peers and senior management
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Flexible and independent working style and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
